You are free to cancel your packages at any time.

30-day Moneyback Guarantee

If you cancel any (or all) of your packages within the first 30 days of creating your Trafficspaces Ad Manager, we will refund the amount that you paid for those packages. No questions asked.

Cancelling after the first 30 days

If you cancel a package after the first 30 days, we'll not charge you again after the billing period in which you made the cancellation.

For example if your billing period starts on the 1st of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you'll be charged for the remaining days of the current month, after which you will not be charged again.

Cancelling all (or exceeding the impression limits) of your packages

If you cancel all your packages or exceed their impression limits, your additional impressions will be classifed as impressions used with the Free package. Learn more about the free package.

How to cancel

Send us a message via the contact form with 1) the name of your ad platform and 2) the reason for the cancellation.

Once we receive your request, we'll contact you to confirm it and can process the entire cancellation within 48 working hours i.e. Mon - Fri.
